木纹铝方通处理工艺为热转印木纹，该工艺需要经过三道工序，X一道是清
洗，用天那水等混合洗涤剂将铝方通坯料清洗干净，除去赃物、油污等；X二道
是上底色，将清洗干净的铝方通放进静电粉末喷炉里喷上底色，底色的颜色与木
纹的颜色一样；X三道是木纹纸热转印，将喷好底色的铝方通贴上已经调好纹路的木纹纸，晾干，再放进木纹转印炉里高温烤4到6个小时。出炉冷却后把木纹纸撕掉就是木纹铝方通的成品了。整个过程要求极高的技术，木纹纸的选用，转印温度的控制和时间的把握决定了木纹的质量。
