Delivery Time
The machine shall be ready within 150 working days after the Seller receives the deposit and the sample drawings have been confirmed by both parties.
The Seller shall inform the Buyer of the machine completion in written form by fax or by email.
Payment term:
Machinery:
The Buyer shall pay the Seller 30% of the total contact amount by TT payment within 14 days from the date the contract is signed. The machine shall be loaded within 3 working days after the Seller receives the rest 70% by TT or by LC payment before shipping.
Note: If Buyer cannot pay the deposit by the specified date as required above, the Seller has the right to re-price the machine.
Raw materials:
The Buyer shall pay the Seller 50% of the total contact amount by TT payment within 14 days from the date the contract is signed. The raw materials shall be loaded within 3 working days after the Seller receives the rest 50% by TT before shipping.
Quality guarantee periodand wage:
The Seller offers a 12-month quality guarantee period from the delivery date. During this period, the Seller shall repair the machine and provide repair parts (wearing parts, and parts subject to normal wear and tear (like: cutters and belts,etc)or damage attributable to the Buyer excluded). The damage attributable to the Buyer shall be repaired at the Buyer’s cost. (the warranty period is valid from 30 days after the buyer is informed of the test of the machine.)
Approved before shipping:
Machine will be tested and approved in seller’s factory before delivery. The time for testing in seller’s factory will not be more than 15 minutes. Raw materials consumption within 15 minutes will be afforded by seller. If customer needs more time for testing, the cost will be afforded by customer
The wastage excludes the circumstances when glue applicator breaks down or exchange material.
Installation and Testing:
1: The Seller shall be responsible for the first installation and adjustment of the machine sold. Erection Period: __30__ days
2: Installation and adjustment abroad: The Buyer shall pay for the transportation, accommodation (room and board) and translation if it requires the Seller to offer after-sales services like installation, adjustment, training workers, and machine maintenance abroad. The accommodation offered by the Seller shall be of three-star standard of China’s Hotel at least.
3.1 The Buyer shall pay the after-service technicians sent by the Seller 100USD per day during extended time. The term of extended time must be within10 working days.
3.2 If the installation can’t be done for the reason attributable to the Buyer, like lack of supporting facilities or raw materials, the Buyer shall pay the technicians sent by the Seller 100 USD per day during the extended time. All the payment shall be made within three days after the installation and adjustment is completed. Otherwise, the Seller has the right to terminate after-sales service.
Important note:
- The wastage excludes the circumstances when glue applicator breaks down or exchange material.
- Buyer should pay the rest payment or open the L/C to the Seller enable the Seller arrange the shipping no later than 60 days after the Seller finishes to manufacture the machine. If buyer delays more than 45 days and not finish the payment, the Seller has the right to sell the machine to other customer and won’t return back the deposit to the Buyer.
- Seller will inform Buyer come for testing the machine or machine ready information in written paper sent by fax or by email.
- Raw materials for production need we confirmation.
- Buyer can’t privately ask our engineer stay at his factory work for them after our engineers finish the installation and training, if the buyer needs technician work with them for one year or longer time, the buyer has to contact our company manager. Otherwise, we have right to stop all the after sells service, and the buyer will be held accountable and compensate for the losses caused to us.
- Itisveryimportantthatallthematerialsforproductionandbasicair&powershouldbereadybeforeourtechnicians’arrives.Involtagenotstablecountry,buyershouldsetdownvoltageregularformachinerunning.
Store Condition:
Factory-set-up should meet these demands:
1: Without vibration, clean and clear environment, good ventilation, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances around.
2: Flat concrete ground, concrete number should be at least 300#; ground level difference should be within 15-25mm, so that machine adjustment is more convenient.
3: Ground should have enough bearing capacity. Concrete ground thickness is no less than 200mm. if machine is put on the 2nd floor, concrete floor(reinforced concrete pouring) average bearing capacity is at least 3.5tons/sm. machine is put no more than on the 2nd floor.
4: To keep at least 1 meter distance between the back side of machine (including attached equipment) and the walls.
5: To divvent the accident due to the uneven ground.
6: The inside temperature in the factory is no less than 12-15℃.
Raw materials store should meet these demands.
1: Tray shelves are needed to put at the bottom of raw materials in case of damp and moisture.
2: Clean and clear environment, sealed and closed, no mosquito, no flammable and explosive and corrosive substances around.
3: To keep normal temp. 15-30 ℃inside the store is ok.
