444冷拉圆钢sus444不锈钢#耐高温抗氧化不锈钢
SUS444 steel belongs to high alloy ferritic stainless steel, compared with common steel grade SUS430:1. The high chromium content around 1.0%, and add the alloy element molybdenum (Mo), so the steel has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion, the corrosion resistant ability in some areas or even better than SUS304 SUS316. 2. Add the titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb), the stabilizing element such as zirconium (Zr), so the steel has good resistance to intercrystalline corrosion and high temperature oxidation resistance.
SUS444的屈服强度相当于碳素钢的1.5倍，玻璃钢的6倍，对于耐震，耐积雪，耐风压，耐冲击等具有出类拔萃的X良性．.SUS444铁素体不锈钢导热系数高，约为铬镍奥氏体不锈钢的130%～150%,非常适合热交换的用途．热膨胀系数小，小分队仅为铬镍奥氏体不锈钢的60%～70%,非常适合热涨，冷缩，有热循环的条件下使用．该钢种的塑性，韧性较好，适于拉伸，轧制成型和冲压制造．特别是耐应用腐蚀是XX异的，在高的氯化物介质中耐蚀性能X于普通铁素体不锈钢和奥运会氏体不锈钢，一般不产生氯化物的应力腐蚀破裂．在加入Ni,Ti,Mo等元后，提高了耐孔蚀和缝隙腐蚀的性能．该钢种可采用焊接普通不锈钢的方法焊接．该钢种特别适合于食品加工设备，热交换器,热水器罐,蓄水槽,太阳能收集面板等.
